We are excited to offer Archive and Cemetery Visit services across Victoria, with plans to expand into additional states as our team of independent researchers grows. These services are open to clients of all backgrounds, nationalities, and family structures — wherever your research journey takes you.

Pricing Structure

Research Labour

• Charged only for active research time.
• Travel time is not billed at the hourly research rate.
• Hourly rates vary depending on the researcher assigned.

Travel

• $0.88 per kilometre.
• Calculated from the researcher's starting location to the destination and return where applicable.

Coordination Fee

• $25–$50 per visit.
• Waived if Joel is personally conducting the research.

All records located during the visit will be emailed to you at no additional cost. If you would like us to upload records and photographs directly to your family tree, a one-hour research block can be purchased for this service.
