Thank you for shopping with FHBYJ Genealogy.

Physical Products — Physical products (including stickers and printed materials) are shipped within Australia via Australia Post. Processing time is 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days metro, 5–14 business days regional/rural.

International Shipping — International shipping is available for select physical products. Delivery times vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Digital Products & Services — Digital products (eBooks, downloadable resources) and genealogy research services are delivered electronically via email. No physical shipping applies.

Shipping Costs — All applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to payment. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with postage costs, as these are calculated and shown transparently before your order is confirmed.
