What we'll do during the live:
• Conduct a brief search of available historical records.
• Identify potential matches and research leads.
• Share key findings discovered during the session.
• Explain what records may be available for further investigation.

What you'll receive:
If relevant records are located during the live session, I will email you details of the sources and where the records were found.

What we won't do during the live:
• Complete a full family history investigation.
• Build detailed family trees.
• Retrieve every available document.
• Provide extensive written reports.
• Research living individuals.
• Spend more than 10 minutes on any one inquiry.

Think of this as a genealogy discovery session. We'll uncover clues, identify records, and point you in the right direction. If you'd like a more in-depth investigation, document analysis, family tree reconstruction, military records research, or a comprehensive written report, these services are available separately.

Please note:
• For legal and privacy reasons, we do not research living relatives during live sessions.
• Each inquiry is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
